MACROSTRUCTURE 宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)
· Internal defects on the transverse slice using hot hydrochloric acid macro etching should comply as per ASTM E381. 熱鹽酸宏觀腐蝕橫切片內(nèi)部缺陷按ASTM E381
· Macro structure shall conform to rating S-2, R-2, C-2. 宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)符合S-2 R-2 C-2
· The non metallic inclusion determination shall be in accordance with ASTM E45
(Method A) 非金屬夾雜物SATM E45-95 方法A
· The grain size shall be in accordance to ASTM E 112-96 Specification and must exceed Grade 5. 晶粒度ASTM E112-96 5以上。

SURFACE DEFECTS 表面質(zhì)量
Surface cracks and defects on all rolled bars shall be detected using Eddy Current Testing Method. 表面裂紋及缺陷用磁粉探傷方法。

STRAIGHTNESS AND ROUNDNESS平直度與圓度
a) Straightness deviations shall be Max 2mm per 1 meter.直度≦2mm/米。
b) Out of round shall not exceed 50% of the range of diameter.不圓度不超過(guò)直徑范圍50%

LENGTHS 長(zhǎng)度
4 – 5.8 Meter lengths, special requirement can do 20 meters long.一般4-5.8米長(zhǎng)，特殊要求可以做到20米長(zhǎng)。
11.
TEST CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS材質(zhì)書要求
Inspection certificate in accordance to EN 10204, Form 3.1B and must include the following;按照EN10204 3.1B格式包括以下內(nèi)容 :
a) Steel grade. 鋼號(hào)
b) Full chemical composition with Max and Min. permissible variations. 全部化學(xué)成份并帶上下限范圍。
c) Heat / Cast Number
(To be clearly stamped on Bar) 爐號(hào)并在頭上打鋼印
d) Bar diameter 直徑
e) Contract Number 合同號(hào)
f) Ultrasonic testing must state –
OK 探傷結(jié)果必須合格
g) Clearly indicate Quench and Tempered condition.清楚的說(shuō)明交淬回火狀態(tài)
h) Mechanical properties shall indicate the following results according to EN10083機(jī)械性能
· Hardness results achieved in BHN
· Tensile strength R
M MPA
· Yield strength R
E MPA
· Elongation A%
· Impact energy is to be tested on 3 V notch specimens
i) Macrostructure Test results to ASTM E 381 shall be reported in the Certificate.宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)
j) grain size shall be evaluated in accordance with ASTM E112晶粒度
